Getting started with Wachap

Wachap turns your own WhatsApp number into a shared team inbox. A small Windows app keeps WhatsApp connected; your team works from the browser at fred.my/wachap.
1. Create a workspace
Sign in and open Wachap. Name your workspace (e.g. your shop or company).
2. Add a device
Open Numbers & devices › Add device. Copy the token — it is shown only once.
3. Open the Windows app
Download the portable .exe from Wachap › Download — no install needed — put it in its own folder, open it and paste the token under Connect to server.

Wachap: auto replies, business hours, schedules & campaigns

Auto replies
Auto replies answer by keyword (exact, contains, starts with or regex), welcome new contacts, or catch everything. Each rule has a cooldown per chat. When a staff member replies, the bot pauses for that chat (default 30 minutes).
Business hours
In Workspace settings, turn on business hours and write an away message. It is sent once per chat outside hours.
Scheduled messages
Scheduled messages send once or repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly — to phone numbers or to every contact with a tag.

Send a message
POST /wachap/api/v1/messages with JSON {"to":"60123456789","text":"Hello {name}"}. Optional: media_url, channel_id, send_at (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM).
Check status
GET /wachap/api/v1/messages/{id} returns queued, sent, delivered, read or failed.
