Welcome! One free fred.my account opens every app: BizHub, Chatlane, Fredo and more. Follow these steps once and you are ready.

Create your account at Register — use your email or tap Continue with Google.
Verify your email by opening the link we send you (check Spam/Promotions if you do not see it).
Complete your profile in Edit profile: name, country, time zone and language (English or Bahasa Malaysia).
Add a profile photo so your teammates recognise you.
Open an app from the Apps menu at the top. You are signed in to every app automatically.

Create a fred.my account

Accepted Answer

Open Register.
Enter your name, email and a password of at least 10 characters — or tap Continue with Google to skip the password.
Tick that you agree to the Terms of use and Privacy policy, then tap Register.
Open the verification email and tap the link. Your account is ready.

Did not get the email?

Check Spam, Promotions or Updates folders.
Sign in and open My account — there is a button to resend the verification email.
Still nothing? Send us a support ticket.

Forgot your password?

Accepted Answer

Open Forgot password.
Enter the email you registered with and tap Send link.
Open the email and tap the reset link (valid for a limited time).
Choose a new password (at least 10 characters) and save. You are signed in again.

Signed up with Google?
Your account may not have a password yet. Just tap Continue with Google on the sign-in page, or set a password in Edit profile › Security.
Change your password while signed in
Go to Edit profile › Security, enter your current password and the new one twice.

Sign in with Google

Accepted Answer

On the sign-in page tap Continue with Google.
Choose your Google account and allow access to your name, email and photo.
You return to fred.my signed in. If an account with the same email already exists, Google is linked to it.

Link Google to an existing account
Open Edit profile › Security and tap Link Google. After that you can use either your password or Google.

Edit your profile, country & time zone

Accepted Answer

Open Edit profile (top-right photo › Edit profile).
Change your name, country, language and time zone (GMT).
Tap Save. Every app uses these details — e.g. Chatlane schedules and BizHub reminders follow your time zone.

Change your email
In Email, type the new address and your current password, then save. Google-only accounts must set a password first.
Sign out of other devices
My account lists every device signed in. Tap Sign out other devices if you lost a phone or used a shared computer.

Send a support ticket

Sign in, then open the Help center.
Scroll to Still need help?, choose the app, write a short subject and describe the problem (what you did, what you expected, any error message).
Tap Send ticket. You get a ticket number and we reply by email.

One account for fred.my, Chatlane & Fredo

Your fred.my account works on fred.my, Chatlane and Fredo. Sign in once and you are signed in everywhere; sign out anywhere and you are signed out of all three.
Where do I edit my profile?
Everything is managed in My account: name, photo, country, time zone (GMT), language, email, password and Google sign-in.
Forgot your password?
Open Forgot password, enter your email and follow the link we send you.

Close or delete my account

Accepted Answer

You can delete your account yourself at any time — on the website or from the fred.my apps (e.g. Wachap Team › Profile › Delete account).

Export anything you need first (e.g. BizHub reports or the auditor pack, Chatlane contacts).
Open Delete account, type your e-mail address (and your password if you have one) and confirm.
Your account, sign-ins on every device and your data in every fred.my app are deleted immediately. Payment receipts are kept without your name where the law requires.

Change your profile photo

Open Edit profile.
Tap Change photo and choose a picture (JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 5 MB).
Drag and zoom to choose the part you want, then tap Save photo.

Your photo is stored on fred.my and appears the same on Chatlane and Fredo.

What is fred.my Unlimited?

fred.my Unlimited is one monthly pass that turns every fred.my app into its Pro version — BizHub, Chatlane, Sticker Studio and every new app we add.

Pay once for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months — it is not an automatic subscription. We never store your card or charge you again.
Pay in MYR or USD — by card, Apple Pay/Google Pay, or FPX online banking (MYR).
Starts immediately after payment. Renew early and the new months are added after your current end date.
When it ends, your account simply returns to Free. Your data stays; Pro-only features pause until you renew.

How to buy or renew Unlimited

Sign in and open fred.my Unlimited.
Choose your currency — MYR or USD.
Pick how many months (1, 3, 6 or 12). Longer periods may have a discount.
Choose a payment method and tap Pay now. You are taken to the secure payment page (Stripe or Billplz).
After paying you return to fred.my. Unlimited is active within seconds and a receipt is emailed to you.

Renewing
Buy again any time — the new months start after your current end date, so nothing is wasted. There is no automatic renewal.

A coupon code gives you fred.my Unlimited free — every app goes Pro for the number of days on the coupon.

Sign in (or register free) and open Billing & receipts. You can also tap the redeem link you were given, or enter the code on the Unlimited page.
Type the code in Have a coupon code? — capital letters, e.g. MERDEKA-30.
Tap Redeem coupon. Your Pro days start immediately and the end date is shown at the top of the page.

When does my Unlimited end? What happens after?

Your end date is shown in the top-right menu (under your photo) and in Billing & receipts.
Unlimited ends automatically on that date — you are not charged again.
After it ends your account is Free again in every app. Nothing is deleted: BizHub companies, invoices, Chatlane contacts and campaigns all stay.
Pro-only features pause (e.g. BizHub journals and payroll become read-only, Chatlane API and birthday wishes stop) until you renew.
Renew any time at fred.my Unlimited.

Where are my invoices and receipts?

Tap your photo (top right) › Billing & receipts, or open Billing & receipts.
Every purchase is listed — fred.my Unlimited, donations, BizHub plans and Chatlane Pro.
Tap Invoice or Receipt to open a printable document, then Print / Save as PDF.

An invoice is created when you start a payment. A receipt appears once the payment is confirmed.
Receipts are also emailed to you automatically.
Need your company name or tax number on the receipt? Add it in the note when paying or send a support ticket.

Share your personal link and earn a commission whenever someone who signs up through it buys fred.my Unlimited, a BizHub plan or Chatlane Pro (donations do not count).

Sign in and open My account › Affiliate. Tick the terms and tap Join & get my link.
Copy your link (e.g. https://fred.my/?ref=yourname) or use the WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook and X buttons. You can also link to a specific page — Unlimited, BizHub, Chatlane or straight to sign-up.
When a visitor opens your link we remember it for the cookie period. If they register in that time, their account is linked to you.

Paying in USD or MYR

Accepted Answer

Everything you can pay for on fred.my lets you choose USD or MYR: Unlimited, donations, BizHub plans and Chatlane Pro.

MYR: card, Apple Pay/Google Pay (Stripe) or FPX online banking (Billplz).
USD: card, Apple Pay/Google Pay (Stripe).
Your bank converts the amount if your card is in another currency.
The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees from fred.my.

Refunds

Accepted Answer

Payments are one-off; nothing renews automatically, so you are never charged by surprise.
If something went wrong (double payment, paid but not activated, a serious problem we cannot fix), send a support ticket within 7 days with your invoice number.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Donations are voluntary and normally not refundable, except for mistakes (e.g. wrong amount) reported within 7 days.

The Friends menu (next to Help) shows the people who use and support fred.my.

Sign in, then open Friends.
Write a short hello (optional, up to 160 characters) and tap Become my friend.
Your profile photo and name appear on the wall and in the Friends menu for everyone to see.

Add a profile photo first in Edit profile so your face shows.
Changed your mind? Tap Leave the wall on the Friends page any time.
Unlimited members get a 👑 badge; public donors get a ❤️ badge.

Choose the Sender number and the Audience (one or more labels, or everyone who opted in).
Write the message. Personalise with {name}, {phone} and {unsubscribe}. Add an image, video, audio or document if you like.
Set the schedule (time follows your profile time zone) and the Interval between messages — at least 60 seconds keeps your number safer.
Save. Watch progress in Reports & statistics; pause, resume or cancel any time.

Open Birthday wishes › new rule, choose a Pro sender, the time of day and your message (e.g. Happy birthday, {name}!). You can attach a card image or PDF.
Save. Every opted-in contact gets a wish once a year at the chosen time in your time zone.

The sender needs an active Pro plan (or fred.my Unlimited) when the wish is sent.

Payments are one-off — Pro never renews automatically. Buy more days any time; they add to the remaining time.

Phone online? The Android phone must be on, connected to the internet and the Chatlane app running.
Accessibility on? Open the app › Phone settings and make sure Accessibility is still enabled (some phones turn it off after updates).
Battery optimisation off? Allow Chatlane to run in the background.
Number ready? In My numbers the status must be Ready. If it says approve again, approve the request on the phone.
Daily limit reached? The error DAILY_LIMIT means wait until tomorrow or upgrade to Pro.
Over the Free number limit? Upgrade a number to Pro or remove another Free number.
