Financial reports: profit & loss, balance sheet, trial balance

  1. Open Finance › Financial reports.
  2. Choose a tab: Profit & loss, Balance sheet, Trial balance (Pro), General ledger (Pro) or Receivables aging.
  3. Set the period (From / To) or the As at date, tick Compare last year if needed, and tap Show.
  4. Tap Print / PDF to save or send it to your accountant.

Every number comes straight from your invoices, payments, expenses, bank transactions and journals — no year-end retyping. If the balance sheet says not balanced, check your opening balance journal.

For the auditor

On the reports page tap Auditor pack (top right) to download one ZIP with reports, ledgers, journals, invoices, payments, expenses and attachments.
