  1. Ask them to create a free fred.my account first.
  2. Open People › Team members › Add member, enter their email and choose a role: Editor (can record) or Viewer (read only).
  3. They get an email and can open your company in BizHub immediately.

Remove access any time with Remove. Only the owner can manage billing.
