How to buy or renew Unlimited

  1. Sign in and open fred.my Unlimited.
  2. Choose your currency — MYR or USD.
  3. Pick how many months (1, 3, 6 or 12). Longer periods may have a discount.
  4. Choose a payment method and tap Pay now. You are taken to the secure payment page (Stripe or Billplz).
  5. After paying you return to fred.my. Unlimited is active within seconds and a receipt is emailed to you.

Renewing

Buy again any time — the new months start after your current end date, so nothing is wasted. There is no automatic renewal.

Payment failed or you closed the page?

Open Billing & receipts. A pending invoice can be paid again or cancelled. If money was deducted but Unlimited is not active after 10 minutes, send a support ticket with your invoice number.
