When does my Unlimited end? What happens after?
- Your end date is shown in the top-right menu (under your photo) and in Billing & receipts.
- Unlimited ends automatically on that date — you are not charged again.
- After it ends your account is Free again in every app. Nothing is deleted: BizHub companies, invoices, Chatlane contacts and campaigns all stay.
- Pro-only features pause (e.g. BizHub journals and payroll become read-only, Chatlane API and birthday wishes stop) until you renew.
- Renew any time at fred.my Unlimited.
